After successfully creating the Witley Homes property development brand, Plum Ideas were given the exciting opportunity of handling the marketing for Saint John’s House - an exclusive development of 18 outstanding, luxury apartments in the heart of Stourbridge.


We focused on creating a concept that really sold the aspiration of a modern, luxury, urban lifestyle to the target audience - young professionals looking for homes that offer a perfect mix of style, comfort, convenience that are great spaces for entertaining.

We decided to keep the original name of the building, as a nod to its rich and interesting past, most recently being the base of the Stourbridge News. We’ve made use of vibrant, energetic imagery set against a dark, urban-inspired background – setting the scene for these contemporary, high specification apartments.


We also took advantage of Saint John’s prime location creating impactful hoarding and banners with strong imagery and call to action. The campaign included website and social media development, where visitors can find out more, view the brochure, experience a virtual tour, complete a contact form and register/follow to be kept up to date.

Social media platforms were updated regularly and people who signed up, received a newsletter updating them on the latest on-site developments.

The Saint John’s House campaign proved to be a massive success, creating lots of interest, viewings and registrations for this superb, luxury development.


In a very short space of time all of the apartments were sold and St John's now enjoy 100% occupancy.
