After successfully creating the Witley Homes property development brand, Plum have been given the exciting opportunity of handling the marketing for St John’s House – an exclusive development of 18 outstanding, luxury apartments in the heart of Stourbridge.
We’ve focused on creating a concept that really sells the aspiration of modern, luxury, urban lifestyle to the target audience – young professionals looking for homes that offer a perfect mix of style, comfort, convenience and are great for entertaining.
We decided to keep the original name of the building, as a nod to its rich and interesting past, most recently being the base of the Stourbridge News. We’ve made use of vibrant, energetic imagery set against a dark, urban-inspired background – setting the scene for these contemporary, high spec apartments.
We also took advantage of St John’s prime location creating impactful hoarding and banners with strong imagery and call to action. The campaign included website and social media, where visitors can find out more, view the brochure, complete a contact form and register/ follow to be kept up to date.
Social media platforms will be updated regularly and people who have signed up, will receive a newsletter updating them on the latest in site developments.
