We created a year-long brand pillar campaign for Neopost
Multi-Channel Brand Pillar Campaign
We have worked with Neopost, a world leader in mailing solutions for enterprises and mail centres, for over 10 years.
Their business includes Logistics, Customer Information Management and Document Output Solutions.
Our work has included brand development, as well as implementation across all physical and digital collateral, including multi-channel campaigns. We are also responsible for all of Neopost’s direct and digital mailings to B2B customers.
From the start of this particular project we worked very closely with Neopost to help define their brand positioning and create a set of brand pillars, which would form the basis of the year long campaign, and clearly illustrate how Neopost would be perceived by customers and staff alike.
Each brand pillar would be the focus of the campaign for each quarter.
The Neopost brand pillars
For each brand pillar an icon was created. This helped to form the visual basis of the campaign and give each pillar its own identity - but still retaining the overall campaign look and feel.
Below are the front covers for each of the brand pillar mailers we produced. They utilise the icon and the actual brand pillar title itself in the headline on the cover. Colourful and highly impactful!
An initial email was sent to prospects and existing customers. After clicking the link they were taken to a landing page where they registered to gain access to the Knowledge Bank - a library of free information such as white papers, guides, case studies and videos.
Knowledge Banks were created for each brand pillar, each offering relevant material pertinent to that part of the campaign. Full page advertisements in trade publications were also used to inform and create interest in the Knowledge Bank.

The campaign proved to be very successful - raising awareness of the products and services Neopost have available for businesses, as well as increasing sales and building an extensive database of existing customers and prospects.
