Implementation of direct marketing programmes to generate leads and sales for mailroom equipment and software. Channels include direct mail, trade press advertising, email and social media. Leads are then nurtured using marketing automation.

A recent campaign supported the introduction of Royal Mail’s Mailmark® pricing system. This was an opportunity for Neopost to target customers and prospects for Mailmark® ready franking machines.

Following research, we created a ‘big word’ concept that we used in trade press, direct mail and email communication. The campaign ran over a 9 month period and generated an increase in revenue of £1.74 million.
